A couple of weeks ago we found out that our beloved Rex had cancer. He is now no longer with us in this world but in heaven. We will always love him and miss him very much.
A couple of days later both our females, as it turned out was not pregnant. Nether of them carried any kittens from Rex wich is a great loss and sorrow for us.

We finally have two wonderful little babies born here with us! They are already 7 days old. :)
Here is a picture of one of our dear babies, with a glimts of mommy in the background and anti Sister to the right. So the kittens are very well taken care of. ;)

Now that Sisters babies are more than twelve weeks old Sister is not only our host cat anymore. She is now owned by Malin! So this is a very happy day for us! Wihi!

For some days now Chippen, Sister, a little siamese and Malin will be away in Tibro to relax. Or well, Chippen seems to think it is quite the opposite to relaxation. In a big house with lots of space to run around in Chippen has a lot of things to do and race'es to run. ;)

Thanksgiving -again!
Last weekend Malin and baby Sister had to go to Uppsala so Chippen had to be home alone. But luckily he didn't have to, because of a very nice person. :) So today we want to give a special thank to a very special Ann! She looked after Chip while his mistress had to be away.
So thank you very very much Ann! What should we have done without you! :D

Zooho
Buchini and Linus has now gone back home to their mistress. It is very calm and quiet without them! We miss you boys!

We have visitors
This week we have the two Cocker spanielboys Linus and Buchini on a visit. Since their mistress are away on vacation we have the honour of their company.
Wilma and the cats are having a great time and it is never a doll moment with all of these pets under the same roof. :)

Chip Light Chir
Chippen has for a long time, as we know, been having a thing for lamps. :)
He can just sit by a switched on lamp and pad his paws and relax for ages. He finds it very fascinating and none of the other cats ever join him in this speciell trip to the light. It has really become his thing. :)
He can sit like this for hours and hours. Just glacing in to the light. :)

A special one
Today we'll write about our dear catsitter who has taken such good care of Chippen and Pontus over this summer and fall.
Every now and then when Malin have had to go to Uppsala to work, our catsitter and dear friend Laine has taken care of Chippen and Pontus while their mistress has been away.
Therefore we would like to give a very special thanks to Laine!

Minivacation
This weekend Chippen, Pontus, Sister & Wilma went with mistress Malin to our dear friends in Växjö (in the south of Sweden)! This was a very nice weekend with a lot of food, attention and love for the cats and for Wilma. :)
They all had a great time running around playing in the big spaces of the house.

A first meeting
This weekend Sister got to meet Dusty & Little brother for the first time. :) It went very well and they get along well all of them.

Frightful thing
Little Sister has found one even scaryer thing then the dog -Malin's guitar!! She thought it was very scary at first when the guitar was played on. But it goes better and better al the time. :)
And luckily the guitar doesn't bite! ;)

Chippen has finally got his baby sister home! It's going great! Chippen instantly started taking care of Sister, they really found each other right away. Pontus takes care of the little girl as well and they're all getting along very well. Sister is on the other hand a bit reserved towards a certain big hairy dog with the name of Wilma. :)
But up to now it's going surprisingly well!

Wadeing doggie
Today on Wilmas morning-walk she decided to go for a little swim! When her mistress was about 50 meters away and looked away for a couple of seconds Wilma ran straight through a quite deep sink filld with water. And it goes without saying that she was very happy! But her mistress was not as happy, so Wilma had to take a new bath as soon as they got home. :)

Exciting follow-up!
At BiK:s catshow in Tibro last autumn, when Lucky was juged by Hanne-Sofie Sneum she became very fond of Lillebror and she thought that he looked very much like a Super Grand Champion called Apollo who had been very succsessful in Great Britain more than 20 years ago. Hanne-Sofie said a lot about their resemblance and she was convinced that Apollo had to be in Lillebrors pedigree. She made us curious and since we knew that Lillebror have english genes behind his father we made some follow-up on this. As it turns out, 8th generations behind Lillebror, there is the chocolatelynx siamese Supr GC Zachary Apollo, born in Great Britain 1980!
Wow Hanne-Sofie, we are impressed! :) Thank you for the compliment and the comparison between Lillebror and his great great great grandfather! :)
